Had the pleasure of experiencing a soundbath in Arunachala rejuvenation centre last Sunday, delivered by the lovely Baiba. To say I was extremely relaxed is an understatement. Then I got a tour of the centre by the owner and can only say how lucky we are to have a beautiful centre with fabulous views, on our doorstep here in Laois. Looking forward to many more experiences in Arunachala in the future.
